Based on the requirement we strategically plan the marketing campaign for promoting the JOB openings and allowing the right talent, required for the post to apply.

Out of the pool of candidates and from our rich data bank we start screening the candidates suitable for the post by taking a one on one interviews

Further we shortlist the candidates from the list of screened candidates and who matches 80-90% of the requirement.

We forward the list of shortlisted candidates and coordinate with them for arranging an interview with the company for their evaluation.

We participate in the negotiation part regarding salary and other things if any and try to finalize the agreement between the candidate and the company.

Once the candidates is finalized we follow up with the candidate until he or she joins
